Charles Horton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of FastBucks Holding Corporation. FHC currently owns and manages 68 consumer sub prime lending retail stores. FHC additionally created and markets a software program for the industry. FHC also Franchises its concepts, with currently 14 stores operating. Charles created this company from scratch in 1996, his second multi-million dollar corporation. FHC has the distinction of being a 2-time INC 500 company. Charles started down the road of sub prime consumer credit and collections with a check cashing facility in an Austin flea market at the age of 16. The business started after Charles went to the flea market shopping. Quickly seeing that over 200 merchants did not accept checks, Charles quickly struck a deal with the flea market manager for free space. Charging 10%, the business quickly rose to cash $100,000 worth of checks a weekend. The business was started with no seed money.

Seeing that a returned check made an additional $25 per check, Charles created SmartCheck at the age of 22. Within 6 years, SmartCheck was the 8th largest check guarantee company in the country. At the time of sale SmartCheck was receiving an average of 1500 bad checks a day, processing 75,000 checks per day.

Charles has been speaking for ten years on various topics including Superior Customer Service, Overcoming Limiting Beliefs, Goal Setting & Achieving and Wealth Creation. Charles uses anchoring events such as ropes courses, board breaking and firewalking to accompany his speaking.
